How many wins will it take?

Despite the one hiccup to Northwestern, the men's basketball team is in pretty good shape.  I'm curious how many Big Ten wins do you think the team will need to win to get the long sought after (not as long as U of M, hahah) Big Ten Championship?

Before you give your answer here is a bit of history: last year Wisconsin needed 16 wins, in 2007 Ohio State was 15-1 (16 game schedule), in 2006 Ohio State was 12-4 and the great Illinois team of 2005 was 15-1 with MSU finishing second at 13-3.  MSU's last Big Ten Championship team was 13-3.

With the balance of this year's conference, how many wins will the Big Ten Champ need?
