The tie-breaker and the presumptive nominee

The results aren't even fully in from Indiana and I'm being spun already.

From the Service Employees International Union, which supports Barack Obama:

“Senator Obama’s commanding win in North Carolina and close showing in Indiana means he is clearly the Democratic nominee for President,” said Anna Burger, SEIU Secretary-Treasurer.  “We’ve had a long process and the outcome is now clear.  The Democratic Party should come together to focus on winning in November.”

And from the Hillary Clinton campaign, the opening of her victory speech:

Thank you, Indiana. Thank you. Not too long ago, my opponent made a prediction. He said I would probably win Pennsylvania. He would win North Carolina, and Indiana would be the tie-breaker. Well, tonight we've come from behind, we’ve broken the tie, and thanks to you, it's full speed on to the White House.

But contrary to Clinton's claim - and Obama's concession, Indiana isn't over yet.

Right now, it's all down to Lake County (East Chicago, Gary, etc.), which is going for Obama like gangbusters, and Union County east of Indianapolis on the Ohio border. Surrounding counties to Union have given Hillary Clinton a 1,500 to 2,000 vote win.

And so we wait, just a little bit longer.
