We've rolled out a new look for Scott's blog. Along with the new design we've upgrade many of the features in the comments section.
Most of the changes we've made are designed to make commenting more interactive. Here's a few highlights:
- When commenting users can now create profiles, add user pictures, and sign in to comment. Users can also sign in with existing Facebook or Twitter accounts and share comments to those accounts. As always users can comment without a user log in. However a valid email address is required. The email address will not be shared or displayed. For more check out the terms of service at the bottom of the site.
- Users can now respond directly to other users comments. By clicking the reply button below an existing comment users can better interact.
- Comments are now threaded. So if you respond to a specific user, that comment will appear directly below their original comment. All other comments will appear at the bottom of the list.
- Facebook "Like" buttons have been added to each post. If you like it, click it.
