Here are a couple quick updates on stories we're following, including one that has already changed today:
Eastern football: The new coach will be introduced to the media and his players Friday morning. Interviews were Thursday, and the school wants to inform the players before it goes public with the choice.
DeWitt's Paul Jorgensen: I thought I'd hit the button on this the other day ... but he's got another offer, this time from Illinois. He also had a great visit at Florida, and if that offer comes, that could send this recruitment to its most intense level. He's got a bunch of great offers, but the Gators' would be the first from an annual national title contender.
