Two players of area interest have pulled out of the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association All-Star Game, slated for Saturday at Spartan Stadium.
Sexton's Micajah Reynolds and Livonia Clarenceville's Jeremy Gainer (both have signed with Michigan State) will not be playing this week. Reynolds, you might remember, is coming off Sunday's IFAF Junior World Championship game. Not sure if that's the reason he's not playing, but he's had a busy summer already.
That leaves mid-Michigan's reps as Alma's Kyle Lark (32), Everett's Reggie Williams (5) Charlotte's Blake Beals (51), Haslett's Zach Houghton (66) and St. Johns' Travis Dickenson (53), along with Alma coaches Dan Falor (left in picture above) and Randy Lark (right). Troy kicker Kevin Muma, another MSU recruit, will play for the East team.
