Dantonio a voting "moralist"; Carr ... an "immoralist?"
Thanks to Bob Sampson out of D.C. for this one. The Washington Post took a very interesting look at the way the coaches voted in their top-25 poll, and gave cheers to Mark Dantonio for not including his own team, and jeers to Lloyd Carr for voting his team 21st -- 10 spots higher than it finished, the largest disparity in the poll.

There are plenty of examples of coaches using the poll to serve their own interests, which to me is one more reason why the coaches poll is utterly stupid and obsolete. (The main reason is that these guys have no clue about teams other than their own and the next opponent on the schedule).
