Rate the season

Mickey Mouse, chain restaurants, Citrus Bowl Stadium, impressive defensive planning and execution, blown chances, respect-earning efforts and painful defeats. The holidays are getting repetitive for MSU football -- but at least they aren't like holidays past with bowl games on TV and coaching searches.

Today saw another good effort and tough loss for MSU in a bowl game.
It also saw what I believe will be Mark Dantonio's least-talented team of his tenure -- at least for the foreseeable future -- finish 9-4 and nearly beat the preseason No. 1 team. I was way off on my 6-6 prediction, but this sure looked like a 6-6 team for a lot of the time.
That is why I rate this season overall a 9 out of 10. Now it's your turn.
