MSU-'Cuse in the Garden

ESPN just announced its Jimmy V Classic matchups for next year, and it has a nice doubleheader on Tuesday, Dec. 7 at Madison Square Garden. The early game (7 p.m.) is Kansas-Memphis, followed by MSU vs. Syracuse.

    Add another marquee game to MSU's 2010-11 nonleague schedule. You've got the Maui Classic with a field that includes Kentucky and UConn, a Breslin game against Texas, the 'Cuse game and an undetermined Big Ten/ACC Challenge game. (If ESPN decides to go for MSU-Duke, as it should, the game probably will be at Cameron Indoor because Duke has played at Purdue and at Wisconsin the past two years).
