George Alderton Female Athlete of the Year: Floor Rijpma, field hockey (Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year, two-time first team All-America, third all-time in school history with 60 goals and 138 points).

    George Alderton Male Athlete of the Year: Greg Jones, football (big Monday for Jones, who had his All-America plaque added to the display at the football building and was named to the Nagurski Award -- given to the nation's top defender -- watch list for 2010.

    Big Ten Conference Medal of Honor (female): Allyssa DeHaan, basketball.

    Big Ten Conference Medal of Honor (male): Blair White, football

    Chester Brewer Leadership Award: Kelly Moffitt, gymnastics

    Dr. James Feurig Achievement and Service Award: Ross Weaver, football

    Big Ten Sportsmanship Award (female): Lauren Aitch, basketball
