Treadwell accepts Miami job

Don Treadwell accepted the head coaching position today at his alma mater, Miami (Ohio), informed the team and was just ambushed by reporters outside the MSU-Alabama bowl luncheon.

Treadwell called it a "dream come true" to become a head coach where he played college ball. He said a press conference will be held in Oxford, Ohio next week. He didn't have a lot else to say. Big news for him, and now we'll have to see if he takes anyone with him, and who Mark Dantonio chooses to fill his position. Internal or someone from the outside? And then, how does this affect MSU's performance tomorrow? Along with this senior class, there's one more guy the Spartans want to send out as a winner.
