Dantonio to media: "No soup for you!"
Mark Dantonio has decided to make no players available for interviews this week in advance of the MSU-Ohio State game. Luckily, it's not a very big game.
Jerel Worthy: "Braxton Miller couldn't beat Toni Braxton in a foot race."
Kirk Cousins: "First, I'm gonna dot the 'I.' Then I'm gonna throw for 400 on that excuse for a secondary."
Mark Dantonio: "Ohio State has already offered me the job starting next season, but I think I'll just beat the Buckeyes by about 50 -- while wearing a sweater vest."
Oh wait, we do still get to interview Dantonio this week, at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Perhaps he will shed some light on this decision. I'm told he wants his players focused for such a big game. The thing is, we get players for about 15 minutes after Tuesday practice each week.
If that derails their focus, they have no chance of winning another football game this season. I question whether they'll make the team bus. OK, that's enough from me on this. And I know what you're thinking: If Dantonio wins at Ohio State, you don't care if you read or see another player quoted for the rest of the season!
