MSU picked 3rd officially; 10 a.m. chat reminder

In the official Big Ten preseason poll (which only ranks the top three teams), MSU is picked third after Ohio State and Wisconsin. Preseason All-Big Ten team: Draymond Green, Jared Sullinger, Trevor Mbakwe, Jordan Taylor and Robbie Hummel.

    Preseason player of the year: Sullinger as expected.
