Baker invited to NFL Combine

This is Denny in for Joe. Michigan State junior running back Edwin Baker has been invited to the NFL Combine, according to Baker's finanical adviser Richard Griffin.

Baker declared for the NFL Draft in the days after MSU's 33-30 triple overtime win over Georgia in the Capital One Bowl. He ran for 665 yards and five touchdowns on 170 carries this season for the Spartans, but lost carries over the latter part of the season in favor of sophomore Le'Veon Bell.

Baker is working out at Michael Johnson Performance in Texas.
