Draymond Green named finalist for CLASS Award
This is Denny in for Joe. Michigan State senior forward Draymond Green has been named a finalist for the Lowe's Senior CLASS Award.
The finalists were chosen by a media committee from a list of 60 candidates announced in November. Nationwide fan voting begins immediately to determine the winner. Fans are encouraged to vote on either at www.seniorclassaward.com through March 18. Fan votes will be combined with media and Division I men’s and women’s basketball head coaches’ votes to determine the winner.
Green is currently averaging 15 points, 10.2 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game for the Spartans. The winner of the Lowe's Senior CLASS Award will be announced during the NCAA Men's Final Four in New Orleans beginning March 31 and ending April 2.
