Why weren’t any roads plowed Monday morning?
My 8 a.m. commute included some pretty well-traveled roads - Okemos, I-96, U.S. 127, I-496, Saginaw, Washington, Capitol, Hillsdale and Grand, and as far as I could tell, no work had been done on any of them.
