A reader sent along this prayer, of unknown origin:
 “Our Coach, who art in East Lansing, Izzo be thy name …
“March Madness has come,
“Tourney games will be won,
“On the hardwood that the Spartans call heaven …
 “Give us this win … and forgive our turnovers,
“As we score on those turnovers that are given to us …
“And lead us not into a press, but deliver us some good refs …
 “And in Kalin’s name we pray. Amen”
