On one hand, it seems insane to awaken the sleeping dog of bottle rockets and other burning, flying things in Michigan.
On the other hand …
Well, I know people who know people who routinely bring in three-inch-long artillery shells from Indiana for use in Michigan.
Illegal? Naturally. Stoppable? Never. So, maybe, State Rep. Rick Jones is right; Michigan may as well capitalize on the boom and legalize the stuff.
