-Also Friday: Palace Sports & Entertainment kicks off its 2010 season on Friday with Eddie Money headlining DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston.
-Saturday: Electronic music invades The Loft in downtown Lansing on Saturday, with beats by Ohio-bred Papadosio. The group combines electronic beats with a live band.
-Also Saturday: 50 Cent (right) is in the house, kids. The rapper-turned-movie actor performs at Chene Park in Detroit on Saturday, bringing hits such as "In Da Club" and "Disco Inferno." Ludacris (who, remember, plays Common Ground on July 17) and Lloyd Banks open. Crunk!
