-Monday: Lord Huron's 2010 EP, "Mighty," plays like the backdrop to a group of outdoorsmen, gathered around the campfire, strumming and weaving melodic, folk-pop songs. The title track brings together an assortment of percussion and world music sounds, and lead singer Ben Schneider's (an Okemos graduate) evocative vocals carry it all to the next level. The band plays the Magik Stick in Detroit Monday, and read a full interview with frontman Ben Schneider in NOISE.

-Also Monday: Deftones headline The Fillmore in Detroit Monday, and tickets are available via Ticketmaster.
