Alternative Music Fix: Shiny Toy Guns, 'Somewhere to Hide'
Los Angeles-based Shiny Toy Guns is back with its original lineup of Carah Faye (vocals), Chad Petree (vocals, guitar), Jeremy Dawson (synth, bass) and Mikey Martin (drums), and the group released their first studio album in four years, “III,” in October.
The album features the band’s trademark synth-pop-meets-indie rock sound, with plenty of grooves and stadium-appropriate choruses.
